Manufactured from high quality corrosion resistant S355 steel and coated with epoxy paint. Fans are radial fans with backward curved blades. The drive system can be manufactured with belt pulley, direct coupling or elastic clutch. The temperature of the suction fluid should not be higher than 80°C. For higher temperatures, it is necessary to make modifications in the manufacture of the fan.
ExProof manufacturing is possible.
It can also be manufactured from stainless steel for corrosive and high temperature operating conditions. ABF series is the ideal choice for high performance and trouble-free operation.

High Temperature or Ex-Proof Capability
Snail fans are manufactured to operate at a maximum continuous temperature of 120°C. This resistance can be increased to 200°C by taking different measures in the snail body and motor drive type. Ex-Proof production is also possible upon request.
Motor – Rotor Connection
Fantürk Snail Fans are produced with direct coupled drive as standard. However, belt pulley or coupling drive system can be applied upon customer request. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the throw direction of the snail fans can be adjusted as desired.
Optional Slide System
A skid system application can be made upon request. In this system, a slide can be placed under the motor stand and the necessary operations can be performed by removing the motor stand and rotor without interfering with the fan body during maintenance and cleaning.
